How do I order?

You can order by calling our toll free number 1(800)395-0692 Monday-Friday, 9 AM until 5 PM or by ordering online. (Orders online will be processed within 24 hours).

How do I transfer my site from another ISP?

When you order be sure to specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain.
You should keep the service at your present site while waiting for your domain name to transfer. We will provide you with a temporary IP address so you can mirror your site on our server to. This will elminate any downtime. All email and Web pages will still be accessed from your current site. When Network Solutions (or the company that registerd your domain name) receives the template, they will generate an acknowledgment request (Ack/Nak) and send it to the current administrative contact of the domain. Once the administrative contact acknowledges the transfer, InterNIC will update their records. It is very important that you use the same company name and address on the template as that which is on file at Network Solutions. If the company name differs from that which is on file, Network Solutions will treat the transfer as a delete/new and will not allow the transfer to be completed.

There are four easy steps to transfer your site to aNet.

  1. Order your website through aNet. We will be issued a unique IP Address to your site.
  2. Upload (FTP) all the files from your old site to your new site at aNet.
  3. Change the name server information of your Domain name through Networksolution or the company you registered your domain name.

    aNet staff can help you with your domain transfer.
    Your Current ISP can point www.yourdomain.com to your new IP address at aNet until the transfer has been confirmed by the InterNIC.
    This will allow www.yourdomain.com to point to your new aNet Web Hosting Account.

  4. Cancel your service with your old hosting provider (ISP).

How do I pay?

There are three methods in which you can pay;

  1. Visa, Master card, or American Express.
  2. Check (quarterly or yearly only).
  3. Purchase order (companies only).

Do I get a refund if I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel you must give a 2 week notification to billing@anet.net by writing.. We will refund
your unused balance.

What are the details of your 30 day money back guarantee/refund policy?

We will refund 100% of your hosting fee if you are not happy with our services. You must notify the billing department within 30 Days in writing.
