Standard CGI Scripts

Only web hosting accounts can use CGI (Common Gateway Interface) scripts (c programs and perl scripts). There is no support available for CGIs except for mailform.cgi CGIs rich is written by aNet. Please use the on line help for these CGI script resources. You have your own individual cgi-bin directory (yourdomain.com/cgi-bin).

*Forms (mailform.cgi)
The mailform.cgi allows website visitors to automatically submit information and requests to you via email. Our custom high-speed, high-density, mailform.cgi also stores submitted data in your cgi-bin directory for back-up purposes.

Counter
A counter.cgi script counts the number of times a Web page has been viewed, then displays the current total on the page.

Message Board(Discuss) With a Message Board or a Guest book cgi, you can implement a page on your website so that visitors can write comments and view other people's comments. These scripts can also incorporate a system to automatically email the webmaster with new postings.

Chat Room cgi (free chat)
The Chat Room cgi allows a user to set up chat facilities on their website.

Random Banner (random banner)
Use the Random Banner script to select a random image from a predefined list and display it on your webpage. This system is ideal for random rotation of add banners.

Web Search(Web Search)
The Web Search script allows you to set up a miniature search engine. This script is most effective when utilized for the purposes of cataloging one domain or part of a domain.

WhoIs(Whois)
The WHOIS cgi provides a web interface for the Unix whois command. This command is used to ascertain the availability of a domain name and to querry InterNic for information on the owner/s of any given domain.
